We are lucky enough to live and work in one of the most beautiful parts of the country, which has given us the opportunity to work on some fantastically unique properties. Some of which you will see proudly displayed in our gallery below.
A favourite project of ours was the renovation of the beautiful Hawewater Hotel  where we were contracted to transform guest rooms of this beautiful lakeside retreat, the restaurant and bar as well as convert the derelict coach house used for storage into a stunning, contemporary guest suite with wheelchair access.

Barn conversions and restorations of old properties are increasingly popular in the Lake District and surrounding villages and over the years we have worked with many clients in creating their dream home. Below is a video Hilton Hall which appeared on escape to the country - we were part of a team of local builders working on this project, completing the damp proofing, timber treatment and plastering works.

We also undertake commercial work, once again as apart of a team of local builders we have renovated Townhall Treasures and working alongside the same team and the owner with his unique vision, we crafted the sophisticated interior of Xaviers Gin Bar, complete with visible wine cellar and light- up bar.

Upfront Gallery just on the outskirts of Penrith has had many additions and transformations and we are proud to have been involved in its development over the years - most recently completing internal works on a fabulous environmentally friendly dwelling made out of up-cycled shipping containers.

Airbnb's are becoming and increasingly popular within the holiday industry, particularly as foreign travel became less accessible and we have since converted several unused spaces into additional living quarters for homeowners to rent out as an Airbnb. These have ranged from new build extensions to  converted garages and cellars, adding business opportunity and value to each home.
